The core process advantages of cartons are reflected in three links: corrugation forming, die-cutting forming and environmental protection treatment. In the corrugation forming process, high-precision corrugated roller pressing forming technology is adopted, which can precisely control the height and density of corrugations. Common corrugation types include Type A, Type B, Type C, etc. Different types of corrugated combinations form different compressive grades to meet diverse needs. The die-cutting process uses fully automated equipment to achieve smooth and flat carton cuts and precise size control, with an error controlled within ±1mm, ensuring that the formed carton has high fit and is not easy to deform. In terms of environmental protection technology, water-based ink printing technology is promoted to replace traditional solvent-based ink, which is odorless and pollution-free, with bright printing colors and strong adhesion; at the same time, some high-end cartons also adopt waterproof laminating technology, which improves the moisture resistance of cartons by covering a layer of environmentally friendly waterproof film on the surface, adapting to transportation needs in humid environments. In addition, for high-frequency return and exchange scenarios, a "multi-life" carton process has been developed, which realizes multiple recycling of cartons by setting reusable water-seal adhesive strips, further enhancing environmental protection value.
