3.Environmental Upgrade, Meeting Policy Requirements
4.Economical Cost and Outstanding Cost-Effectiveness

The process highlights of plastic express bags are reflected in three fields: raw material modification, film blowing forming and sealing process. In terms of raw material technology, traditional products use high-pressure polyethylene raw materials, and the tensile strength and puncture resistance of the bags are improved by adjusting the raw material ratio; environmentally friendly products use biodegradable materials such as polylactic acid, and the stability and degradation performance of the materials are improved through special polymerization processes to ensure that the products have good toughness during the service period and can be degraded quickly after being discarded. The film blowing process uses a fully automatic film blowing machine. By precisely controlling parameters such as temperature and wind speed, a film with uniform thickness and high transparency is produced. The printing process adopts flexographic printing technology, which can realize multi-color printing. The printed patterns are clear, the colors are bright, and the adhesion is strong, which is not easy to fade, and can accurately present brand logos and logistics information. In terms of sealing process, the self-adhesive sealing type uses environmentally friendly self-adhesive glue with moderate viscosity, which can ensure firm sealing without damaging the goods when opened; the zipper sealing type adopts an integrated zipper forming process, and the zipper is closely combined with the bag body, which can be reused and adapted to return and exchange scenarios. In addition, some high-end products also adopt special process treatments such as anti-static and anti-puncture, expanding their application in packaging scenarios such as electronic goods and sharp items.
