The air column forming process adopts high-precision heat sealing technology, and the composite film is heat-sealed into multiple independent air column units through a special mold. The spacing and size between air columns can be precisely controlled to ensure uniform inflation pressure of each air column. The sealed inflation process adopts a one-way check valve design. When inflating, air can quickly enter the air column. After stopping inflation, the check valve automatically closes to prevent air leakage. The inflation pressure can be adjusted according to the needs of the goods。In addition, some high-end air column bags also adopt a valve design that can be inflated and deflated repeatedly to realize multiple recycling of packaging; for special scenarios, special products such as anti-static air column bags and flame-retardant air column bags have also been developed. Corresponding functional characteristics are realized by adding special additives to the film. A fully automated production line is adopted in the production process, from film compounding to air column forming to cutting and packaging, which is fully automated to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality.
